At CodePeko SEO Agency ("CodePeko," "we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to delivering high-quality SEO services and ensuring client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and credits may be issued for services purchased through codepeko.com (the "Site").
By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Please read it carefully before making a payment.
1. Nature of SEO Services
SEO is a long-term, ongoing process that depends on numerous factors outside our direct control, including search engine algorithm changes, website history, industry competition, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes. Refund eligibility is determined based on service delivery and effort, not on ranking or traffic results.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Service Not Initiated
If work on your campaign has not yet begun, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of payment.
Failure to Deliver
If we fail to deliver agreed-upon deliverables (audits, reports, optimizations) within the timeframe specified in your service agreement, a partial or full refund may be issued for undelivered work.
Duplicate Billing
Accidental duplicate charges or billing errors are fully refundable once verified by our billing team.
Unused Prepaid Months
For prepaid multi-month packages, unused future months may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancelled before the start of that billing cycle.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
- Work has already been performed and deliverables (audits, reports, content, technical fixes, link placements) have been completed and provided
- Dissatisfaction with rankings, traffic, or results that fall within the normal variability of organic search performance
- Ranking drops or traffic loss caused by third-party search engine algorithm updates beyond our control
- Delays or service issues caused by the client's failure to provide timely access, content, approvals, or website credentials
- One-time services such as completed audits, custom strategy documents, or one-off technical implementations
- Domain, hosting, plugin, or third-party software costs paid on the client's behalf
4. Monthly Retainer Cancellations
Monthly SEO retainer plans operate on a rolling basis. You may cancel at any time by providing written notice to info@codepeko.com at least 14 days before your next billing date. Cancellations made after a billing cycle has started will not be refunded for that cycle, but no further charges will be applied going forward. Work completed up to the cancellation date remains the property of the client where applicable (e.g., on-page changes, content delivered).
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our billing team with the following information:
- Your full name and company name associated with the account
- Invoice number or payment date and amount
- Reason for the refund request
Requests are reviewed by our team within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
We ask that clients contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card provider. Filing a chargeback for services that have already been delivered may result in suspension of active services and pursuit of the disputed amount through applicable means.
7. Partial Refunds & Credits
In some cases, rather than a cash refund, we may offer service credits toward future work, an extended timeline, or supplementary deliverables at our discretion, particularly where a delay or shortfall was partially attributable to factors outside either party's control.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or business practices. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
